We can have all your ducks in a row, a heartfelt love letter to the sellers, and yet, that still does not guarantee that well get that dream house weve been looking for!Luckily for us, my son-in-laws family connected us with Alexis Halmy from Windmere Realty Trust who helped my newly married daughter in 2017 with the pressure cooker and intimidating process of making a solid offer, and won, from a pool of seven bidders in 2017! And again, this year 2020, another sellers market, Alexis helped us during CoVID-19 with several virtual walkthroughs before we found and purchased our lovely dream home that recently closed escrow. I can't praise and thank Alexis enough in a review but it's worth a try.
