What clients say about this agent....
Alexis was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment she reached out until long after we settled into our home, Alexis has been available, proactive, and an overall fantastic person! As first time home buyers, we were unsure of the process and a bit nervous. But working with Alexis made all of it so much easier. She explained everything before it was going to happen and answered our million questions without any hesitation. Being led through the home buying process by someone so patient and knowledgeable genuinely put us at ease. While we plan to stay in this beautiful house she helped us find for a long time, our next move will absolutely start with a phone call to Alexis!
As a first time home buyer, I was very intimidated by the process, domain knowledge, and not knowing what I didn't know. When I first started working with Alexis, she spent two hours with me to go over the entire process, what to expect, who I would interact with, expected costs, and much much more in great detail. That initial conversation was enough to know I made the right choice to work with her. That decision was further validated when we found the perfect house and started the buying process, especially when I was having difficulty finding a good deal on loans. She recommended me an individual she worked with quite frequently who was able to compete easily with every other loan offer I was given. On top of the loan officer, she was able to suggest top quality and fairly priced inspector who was incredibly thorough and trustworthy. She was a pleasure to work with, answered all of my questions, helped me negotiate, provided me when more resources and knowledge than I knew what to do with, and walked me through every step methodically and carefully reducing the stress and burden significantly. As long as she is available, I plan on working with her for all future housing sales.
As a first-time home seller you worry about a lotaEUR"well, at least I did. I didnt want my house to sell under value. I didnt want to be surprised by hidden costs. I didnt want the home inspection process to spin out of control. None of this was helped by the fact that my family and I had moved out of state. When I explained my concerns to Alexis her attitude was aEURoechallenge accepted!aEUR? She did great, transparent research showing what we could expect. She gave us a price sheet showing what to expect in terms of costs and fees. She handled everything from listings and showings to inspections and minorrepairs. She was in touch every step of the way and I can say I dont think it could have gone any smoother. The buyer and buying agent are happy and so are we. The process was great and I could not recommend Alexis and get office more.
She was very helpful and friendly. She always listened to what we wanted and ended up showing us our wonderful new home. She walked us through every step of buying our first home.
Alexis is happy, cheerful, helpful, informative and gets the job done. We sold our house with her in Round Rock and it was a very smooth, non-stressful activity. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in Austin.
Alexis was absolutely lovely to work with from start to finish (and before and after that) :)As a first time home buyer, I definitely had all of the questions, and she was super patient about explaining the process, answering the questions I did have, and giving me a bit of guidance around answers to questions I didn't quite know how to ask. In general, Alexis was super punctual (and patient, again - I know I wasn't always the same), fairly quick to respond, and she had recommendations from everyone to a home inspector to people who do blinds/shutters (in case you don't already have a starting point). She also helped make the closing process fairly entertaining (that's probably the most fun anyone can actually have signing that much paperwork). I would totally work with her again if I'm looking to buy my next home in Austin, and I've already recommended her to a couple of friends who are considering doing the same.
Alexis helped my husband and I find the perfect home for us. As first time home buyers, we appreciated alexis ability to explain options to us. She was very helpful with the process and honest about our options for us.
It was very pleasant working with Alexis. She was open to hearing our wants and needs and translating that to a house that fit our criteria. I've worked with previous real estate professionals and have some viewings go way off course. As a buyer you have to be proactive, but it helps when you mesh well with your realtor! I also appreciated the inner details of the process, as I was a first time home buyer and had a bunch of questions that she professionally and thoroughly explained to me that eased my concerns.I would say the only thing I might have wanted more of is a back and forth negotiation in the pricing stages. I do not think this is a fault of hers however, as I should have definitely been more proactive in this stage of the process. We also may have also been shielded from the brunt of that, but from my perspective, I think we personally could have done a little better on the pricing.I would definitely recommend Alexis to friends/family looking.
This was my first experience buying a house. I had no idea what I was doing and I had a hard time trying to make decisions while still living out of state. Alexis helped me by taking my friends to see the houses and I was able to see everything using FaceTime. She also answered all my questions during those months. I feel bad because I wasn't aware of the time zone and might have texted her at 3 am a couple times. :)
My wife and I decided we were ready to buy a home. This was our first purchase and we weren't sure of all the details. We had done some reading but we knew we needed a professional. We came across Alexis on Zillow while browsing homes. We were glad we did. We made multiple house tours, even some on short notice and she was always available each time we called. While touring homes, little things we didn't notice, she brought to our attention, e.g. a house with settling issues. One look at the foyer and she pointed it out and we turned back. Eventually, we settled for a home that met all our desires and she helped us throughout the purchase from dropping an offer to closing. We had to travel out of state during the closing period and she helped as much as possible locally. Anyone who intends buying a house in the Austin Area, We would gladly recommend Alexis. You won't have any regrets.
