The house we finally purchased never reached the market, but Allie and Terry arranged an early preview during one of our visits to the Bay Area and carefully shepherded the process with the sellers agent so that we could buy the house of our dreams. And after we bought the house, Allie and Terry continued to help us in innumerable ways, even watering while we were away. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them!

Allie was our agent during the sale of our home in the summer of 2023, accompanied by her partner Terry. They are an incredible team and so great to work with! They are both outstanding agents with so much knowledge of Montclair and real estate in general. In addition, they have great connections with a variety of vendors in the region including general contractors and stagers which made the whole process so easy! Between Allies incredible eye for artistic design and Terrys eye for detail, they really just made our house pop!
