We werent the easiest customers: living abroad with only occasional trips to the US, particular requirements for a view and walkability, and uncertainty about where we would settle. Allie and Terry were fantastic throughout our three-year search for a house. They were patient and persistent and found many possibilities, both on- and off-market, but never pressured us to compromise. Working with them helped us understand the different tradeoffs among Berkeley houses and neighborhoods and the competitive Berkeley housing market. The house we finally purchased never reached the market, but Allie and Terry arranged an early preview during one of our visits to the Bay Area and carefully shepherded the process with the sellers agent so that we could buy the house of our dreams. And after we bought the house, Allie and Terry continued to help us in innumerable ways, even watering while we were away. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them!

Allie was our agent during the sale of our home in the summer of 2023, accompanied by her partner Terry. They are an incredible team and so great to work with! They are both outstanding agents with so much knowledge of Montclair and real estate in general. In addition, they have great connections with a variety of vendors in the region including general contractors and stagers which made the whole process so easy! Between Allies incredible eye for artistic design and Terrys eye for detail, they really just made our house pop! On top of all of this though, they are also just both such kind and patient people and so great to work with during what is often a hectic time for people. Im convinced you cannot find a better team for real estate in the Montclair or greater Oakland Hills area! I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again!

Allie was amazing team to work with. She put so much positive energy into the process, handled all stumbling blocks with grace and optimism, was reassuring when anxieties would come up, etc. The prep work that went into our home getting it ready for sale was organized, smart and extremely effective. Allie went above and beyond my hopes/expectations for a smooth, problem-free process and showed so much skill during the actual sale process. Her confident energetic approach turned what could have been stressful experience into one that felt really good. The end result was incredible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
