    I will detail exactly what happened so you can make your own decision. Alexandra listed a land in Poway, CA on Mothers Day. I saw it when it posted and called her within 10 mins (needed time to find her cell, office was closed). I left her a VM. I didnt expect her to answer since it was Mothers Day. I even apologized in my VM for calling her on that day. I waited until Tuesday and called her around 9:30 am and left her another VM. When I didnt hear from her, I texted her at 2:59 pm on that same day. I made it clear that I am a buyer not an agent, I want the land and I wanted to pay well over asking, and that I wanted to go with her since it gives me the best chance to get getting the land. My wife and I decided to build our own home in Poway and move out of 4S Ranch. I checked everyday and hoped I hear back from Alexandra. She never replied. Today May 18, I check and the land went pending. I call the office and they transfer me to her line. Again a VM. Then couple hours later I get a text message replying to my original one from exactly a week ago stating that the land is under contract now. She never even bothered to apologize. As a buyer, obviously I dont recommend her, but I wonder how much the seller would of made if she would have accepted my offer and maybe others. If you want to be an agent, you must answer clients and work in your customers best interest. More offers = higher price!!!

    Simply the best! Like a dream come true no exaggeration. She really listened to me and did exactly what she said she would. I got full price for my condo. And I was treated like I was the only client she had, like I was listing a 5 million dollar home. It only took a few days and she closed the deal like a true professional.

    How do I sell a small office building?

    Hi Robert, Commercial buildings are a very different animal than residential real estate. Commercial brokers have their own network, buyers, financing etc. In most areas there are one or two that control the market. If I were you, I would look for who those are and ask them to assist you.
