I cannot say enough great things about our Realtor, Alexandra Rojas. We were looking for a retirement/second home in Miami, FL, even though we were residing in California.She was kind and patient while explaining to us the differences encompassing a home purchase in FL, and was able to explain the process even before we started. Once we made our decision to move forward, she was able to provide detail videos of potential homes, lists of available properties, and had specific information on home locations. She knew the neighborhoods down to each street and was able to specifically review each home/location for us.After a couple of weeks, we found a home that we liked. Alexandra was able to communicate with the owners and prepared the purchasing contract. Once approved, Alexandra was very responsive while dealing with the sellers and closing issues.
