Great in all kinds of ways. Understanding, supportive, knowledgeable about noting possible pros and cons to different homes, generally good at getting an offer written up clearly and accurately, and prompt about communicating counteroffers and the like. Id just encourage her to do one extra step, based on my odd experience, in writing offers for houses: ask sellers to supply keys to all external doors to the home. Sellers of my home turned over a key, one, that turns the deadbolt on the front door. But the home has a door to the attached garage, with a deadbolt but no key, as well as a walkout basement door into a yard leading down to a semi-public beach (and no key to lock that door). The sellers, a couple, say they only ever had this one key. Maybe so, but I wish it had been their job and not mine to install locks for which keys exist, and Id urge Alex to tell her future clients my story and ask them if they want keys to be part of the purchase agreement, because this is a nuisance, a surprise I didnt need at the closing. Maybe no other seller would ever do this, but Id be happier if the purchase agreement had gotten the sellers to deal with the keys issue.
