ZillowVERIFIEDMaya has helped us with several seasonal rentals for our condo in Florida. and has always gotten us very strong rental rates for our unit. Besides being easygoing and very pleasant to work with she is very responsive and really knows the market well in the area as she has been actively involved in the area for decades. She finds the renters and then takes care of all the documentation via e-signature so very easy. She with the renters, monitors the rental during the term, and does the check-out inspections with the renters. She is also very active in sales in the area as well as the rental side. We wouldn't use anyone else for the rentals and would definitely call her if we ever decided to sell.
