When selling a home, I would recommend choosing an agent who knows the market well. The right agent will make the difference on how much you net on the sale of your home.

I have worked with multiple types of clients from investors to first time home buyers, from local buyers to international clients who depend on me when making decisions. I have even worked with clients that do not speak English and needed someone to guide them through the process.

I recently assisted a client sell a home a purchase a home at the same time. Everything lined up accordingly and we were able to close on both homes on the same day. I was also able to assist my client with the financing for the home they were purchasing. It doesn't always line up this well but with good planning we were able to have everything line up .

In 2003 I was moving from Puerto Rico to Florida. I was trying to purchase a home and had trouble finding an agent who would assist me in the transition. After months of not being able to get the right help, I relocated to Florida and decided that there was a need for agents who are dedicated in helping their clients, so I then started my real estate career.

Yes, since licensed, I have continued learning about real estate. I have also completed my Broker associate license which goes in more depth in the real estate investing and managing. I have also obtained a loan originator license which allows me to assist my clients with their financing if needed instead of having to refer them out to another person. I have been fortunate enough to take part in several BPO companies which have given me the experience in pricing homes to a more accurate sales price.
