About Alexander Koziakov

I'm a full-service broker in the metro Boston area with an expansive knowledge of sales, leasing, commercial sales, commercial leasing, and property management. I am an expert investment broker, and I have access to many off-market private sales. I have always advised my clients in best modes of action for their investments to make sure they are making the right decision, and have a clear understanding of the current and projected financial picture of the properties they are interested in. Additionally, I have a team of 40 agents who work directly under me, making me one of the best real estate professionals to have taking care of your needs. For my clients who are owner-occupants, I understand that buying a home, especially if it's your first, is a very difficult and emotional process. I do my best to help make the process go as smoothly as possible; I like to advise my clients on their decisions and help answer their questions to help them stay attune with the market and understand the scope of the properties they are interested in. If one of my clients is looking to privately sell their property, I do my best to get the highest price and make sure the property is marketed correctly. I will not publicly explain my sales strategies, but I have never had a dissatisfied customer. I have access to a wonderful marketing department within my firm whom I cooperate with extensively when it comes to my listings. For those clients who are upside-down on their property or looking to do a deal that involves a discounted fee, I have a vast network of Real Estate developers with whom I can help you set up a connection to help with your sale. Alex was phenomenal throughout the process of purchasing a new home. He was always professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and how to prep offers. Alex is an all-star. He's a true professional that has all the necessary contacts in the business to make sure your entire sales or leasing process (we've used Alex for both) goes smoothly. I've even hired his cleaning team for my primary resident on a permanent basis! Beyond that his knowledge of the general market as well as micro markets is beyond extensive and he's done a great job at advising us during negotiations as well as in the negotiations themselves ensuring we got the best possible sales and rental prices for our properties. Alex helped me and my girlfriend find our first home. Alex was attentive and pointed out various elements of each property that we should keep in mind if we purchased the home. Alex was always extremely communicative and would answer all our questions, even late at night.
