I had a wonderful experience with her. While I did not go with her apartment she was accommodating to my schedule, she got back to me quickly, and she answered all my questions. Also she actually reasonably priced unlike some brokers who want something crazy. She was very considerate. I even got sick in the middle of all this and she was so understanding where some brokers who have just moved on. She was incredible and I would absolutely recommend her especially with how many awful brokers I've worked with. It was nice to finally work with a good one.

Unfortunately our experience did not go well. Amy was not transparent in assistance of purchasing a property she had listed. Our offer was accepted by her, we did the inspection and signed contract with deposit and then were played games with. They asked us for more and more money, and continued to show the property eventually wasting tons of our time and upsetting us.
