Alex was nothing short of amazing. Having no real estate experience, I was completely out of my depth when I inherited my fathers property and was daunted by all that I didnt know I didnt know and all that I knew I didnt know. Alex was super informative on every call and I never had to wait more than a few hours to get in touch with him. Every time I came across a dilemma Alex held my hand through the process and surprised me with his depth of knowledge, both about the real estate process as well as region specific historical boondoggles, such as an outdated and hazardous electrical system that has been installed in many homes in the Tristate area. He came to our first meeting with sales comparisons and did a LOT of prep, including driving up to and checking out comparable houses that had gone for sale. As we fielded buyers, he knew which ones were developers and which were regular citizens and knew what the developers would most likely do with the property. He even sent me cookies once we had closed! As the estate journey continues I am continuing to use Alex and I would suggest anyone with an estate property do as well.
