We will start by saying that this is the second time we have worked with Alexa. After having a very positive experience the first time we decided to reach out to Alexa to buy our second property. She did not disappoint! We decided to buy a property in an extremely hot market without a lot of hope. Some of the things that she did for us that stand out were the following:- Her COMMUNICATION throughout the process was outstanding. This includes communication between her and the listing agent which was pivotal. - SPEED is one of the most important skills to have in the current market. From the very beginning, Alexa was quick on her feet sending us properties, showing them to us, and putting offers quickly.- The NEGOTIATION process in this particular house was indispensable. The sellers had actually already accepted another offer, was it not for Alexa's advice to put a backup offer the deal would not have happened. Once in escrow and through inspections she was able to negotiate repairs and price reductions for us.- Our purchase was not the easiest one as it is a neglected home with a lot of issues. Alexa's KNOWLEDGE of the area, and its potential were key in determining if it was a good buy for us. Not only does she master real estate but her understanding of construction-related matters was key for us.We stand extremely thankful for Alexa and her team.
