Alexa is excellent! My fiance and I started this whacky homebuying journey as first time home buyers, and Alexa could not have made it easier for us. We sent her a couple listings that we had in mind for what we were expecting, and she pooled together even more suggestions. She worked whatever hours were convenient for us, and made sure we were comfortable with the listings and properties. She never pressured or tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in. She was 100% focused on our satisfaction. She is an absolute miracle worker, because after only visiting a handful of properties we made an offer for asking price at her suggestion--and it was accepted! Once that happened her real talents and connections came in. She guided us through the difficult process and made sure we had all of the services we needed, paperwork required, and even got us a credit with the seller! She also collaborated fabulously with our lender. I would absolutely recommend Alexa to first time or any home buyers because she is professional, endearing, responsive, and efficient!
