Dont know why he had so much 5 stars. Literally the worst agent Ive ever talk with. He forget his appointments and no patience when I'm asking some questions. Not only he answered the phone like hes paying you but also hang up the call when I wasnt finish talking yet. Note: it was the first call I made and the impression he left was his rude attitude.
