When I interviewed brokers, he came prepared. He showed me his analysis of my property on his laptop and, better yet, he made copies of such whereas the other broker did not. He also brought copies of colorful brochures of houses that he bought/sold. He was also very familiar with the area which was a plus. He was responsive to questions and made good suggestions.
