A scary cross-country buy made SO easy (and SO fun) by the Kentera team! Our family planned a big move from DC to Colorado Springs last summer and Alex and Kim spent so much time listening, doing research and ALL the "boots on the ground" work for us, making everything from the search to close as easy and stress-free as it could possibly be. Kim and Alex are the dream team! They both worked together to help us find the perfect lot to build a beautiful home that checked all of our boxes! Kim and Alex were so knowledgeable about builders in the area and surrounding areas of Colorado Springs and led us to the builder who fit what we were looking for! They were with us every step of the way and collaborated with us from out of state, met us at appointments when we flew in, negotiated for us in person and from afar! Alex and Kim are the dynamite team and we are so thankful they helped us get home to CO and definitely are calling them friends for life!
