Alex Uranga done a great job from listing to closing. Alex was showing property the day after listing. The property was professionally photographed including drone views of property.There was no permit on file for septic. It had been initially installed in the early to mid 1980s, years before we acquired property in 1988 and moved double-wide mobile home on to site in 1990. Alex got the system inspected, certified and permitted. The survey of property was scheduled by Alex and was performed expeditiously. Alex obtained written offer and contingency offers as well. Communication was exceptional. We were kept informed of the status every step of the sale. Property sold at full listing price quickly. Once we listed with Alex Uranga he handled absolutely everything, used Docusign process for listing to offers to required disclosures to Environmental Services requirements for septic, etceteraaEUR|this was the smoothest most efficient process Ive experienced with selling or purchasing real estate. We definitely felt Alex aggressively marketed the property and went above and beyond our expectations handling everything.
