He always answered the phone or replied to a text. Being first time home buyers we had many questions and he would stay on the phone as long as we needed him to. Every time we sent him houses that we were interested in he responded quickly and we would have a scheduled walk through instantly. We even had an issue with our lenders and Alex was there fighting for us and taking care of it on our behalf. It was comforting to know we had someone who cared and who was on our side.
