We met with Alex at the home in SE Portland that we were needing to sell. His knowledge of the area along with recommendations for Estate Sales companies, repair services, junk removal and an extensive house cleaning were of great value. He coordinated many of the things that needed to be done to house before it went onto the marketas we lives 75 miles away. Alex was thorough when going over all of the complexities of selling a home. Explaining all of the offers in detail as well as his recommendations made selecting an offer a breeze. He even showed up to assist with removal of carpet and unplugging a clogged downspout. Alex also shoveled the long sidewalk leading up to the house after a heavy snowfall. We feel we hit the jackpot when it came to selecting a realtor.
