Alex Ritzenhein

I was born and raised in Grant, Michigan and moved to Grand Rapids in 2012. I am currently in the insurance industry and I will be bring my negotiating skills and attention to detail to bear when working with my real estate clients. I started in the restaurant industry as a waitress right out of high school, when I was quickly promoted to manager and stayed in the industry for 5 years. Leaving was bitter sweet as I loved all of my regular customers and employees but with the thought of a family it was time for a change. This is when I moved into the insurance space. This experience has given me real life knowledge of negotiating deals, deescalating situations and problem solving that has made me uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. I entered into real estate to create a more flexible schedule for my growing family and help my clients reach their goals, whether that be purchasing a new home, buying an investment property or selling their current home.
