We bought our home March 2017 right before prices EVERYWHERE skyrocketed. As you can imagine, agents were swamped. Alex was such a breeze to work with. He didnt rush us in any aspect and responded almost immediately to all of our questions. He would advise us as to what would work best in the climate we are purchasing our home and what negotiations would work best to our advantage, but he would never make us feel like we only ever had one option. In the end he fought for us, even thou it may seem like we were fighting over loose change. We got the house we wanted with a price tag we were very happy and comfortable with.
