Alex Parker was referred to us by a mutual friend last summer who also works for the same company. Pros of working with Alex is hes nice. The company has a reputation of being aEURoehigh endaEUR? however, we definitely didnt feel that way with him. We had actually met with a local realtor and gave her our email. She was kind enough to send us listings each morning without us asking for any. Unfortunately with Alex it was not that way. My husband and I were giving him the listing we wanted to see and he would just check to see if the home was still available. We just felt like he wasnt on top of it like the other realtor. It was like we were doing all the work to be truthful. He always seemed busy and would take long to reply to any of our messages. I understand people get busy but this felt like he wasnt really invested or interested in finding our home. He wasnt responsive. I thought maybe he just took too many clients at once and couldnt handle it. When we did find a home that we wanted to submit an offer on, it felt like he just wanted it rushed. Seemed like he didnt have our best interest at hand and after seeing another friend of mine get a better deal in the same neighborhood only confirmed my thoughts. He basically got his cut of the house sold and dipped out. We never even so much as a thank you card from him. Not to mention the home we bought was absolutely trashed. That part was not his fault but if it were my client I would have at least coordinated with the other realtor and do a final walk through before handing the keys over.

She helped watched over the property when she listed it and did great follow ups. She's easily reachable. She inspected and checked on the property to ensure the property is showable during open houses . She required agents info before giving them passwords to get in to ensure they are not frauds. On the first week of the open house there was more than one offer. Tho they fell through but she did another open house the following week which then brought in a good buyer. She checked their loan to ensure it's likely to work and that they will be a good solid buyer. That made the sale good and easy for me. She followed through with the buyer's agent often to ensure all documents and datelines are met so the escrow closed in the time stated. Pretty happy. I was originally going to go with another but glad that I worked with her!
