What clients say about this agent....
Alex was awesome to work with. In this highly competitive real estate market you need an agent who is on top of things and moves fast. Any time a new house came up for sale that I wanted to go look at Alex would arrange a time to go see it, usually that same day within a few hours. If the seller wasn?t letting people see the home yet we?d have the first appointment to go see it. Alex always responded fast to any questions I had and never dropped the ball on a single thing. If you want an agent who is a go getter Alex is it.
Greg and Alex are some of the best real estate professionals in Pittsburgh. Weve worked with them for years. They help us buy, sell and manage property. We wouldnt be as successful as we are today without them.
My wife and I met Alex a few years ago when we were buying. We didn?t research anyone we just ended up with her. She has since sold, bought and sold for us. She is solid in all aspects of real estate and we wouldn?t consider anyone else. She has gone from our realtor to friend/realtor. Alex is the best.
Greg provided us with a great tenant and is in the process of getting us another. As far as we are concerned it was money well spent! It did not take nearly as long as we were afraid it might have! Rick Bergman
Alex is an outstanding real estate agent who was always focused on delivering what we wanted and needed. She listened to us and heard our concerns. Alex was great at communicating with us when a home came available and was flexible with our schedules. She was great at keeping us well-informed. We felt as if Alex listened to us and what we wanted and delivered!
I would warn anyone before using Greg Mathiowetz?s services. He literally lost his client a tenant and I would worry for anyone who uses him for their property management that he would do the same thing to them. I set up an appointment to meet Greg Mathiowetz at 128 Wyngate to conduct a walkthrough, a property he is currently managing. When I reached out to him, I asked the earliest time available to see the property. He said there were tenants currently in the property, but he will attempt to reach them and get a slot. He asked for my availability. I advised him between 9 or 9:30. He confirmed that he would meet me out, at what I understood as 9:30. The next day I drove out to the property and he was not there. I called him and asked him about seeing the property. He responded advising me that the appointment was at 9 and he was there. I replied by stating, ok, why didnt you call me? I?m here now... He again responded, the appointment was at 9. I then asked, ?Are we going to do this or not?? He said ?No!?, then hung up on me. This was so unprofessional and childish. In all of my years working with realestate agents and property managers, I have never been treated this poorly. Whoever owns this house, I would recommend you find someone else to manage it. I was prepared to sign a lease to move in on 3/15. I am also going to purchase a home following the lease, which would have placed Greg in lead position to retain me as a client.

Alex is great! She was easy to work with, understood our needs, and sold the property in one day. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. She made the process virtually stress-free.
Alex helped me buy my first home as a single parent in her 50s. We had to go the FHA route which can make things a little more complicated. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the market. She understood all of my circumstances and helped to find the perfect fit for us.
Alex helped us find our first home. We had no idea what to expect when we started looking for a place to live and she made it so easy for us. There was never a time that I couldnt get in touch with her to ask her questions or request showings. If we ever decide to move again, and she is still a Realtor, we know who we are calling!
