Probably one of the biggest things I liked about Alex was how often he gave me updates on how the process was going. I'm an impatient person. First time homebuyer so I was unaware of how the process was going to work, but Alex basically laid out the whole process and kept us to the timeline. Not usually one who recommends / reviews people/things, but Alex earned it. Found an amazing house well within my price range. Couldn't be happier!

Laura and I met Alex while trying to find a house that would fit us and our four children in the school zone that the children were on a boundary exception too. Little did Laura and I know that the amount that I was approved for bought you very little in that school zone. Alex showed us a bunch of homes that were in our price range but for one reason or another would not work for our family. This went on for a month or two. Not once did Alex ever show frustration or annoyance with Laura and I over not being able to find the right home. Since we could not find a house that worked for us we talked to Alex and decided to go on a hiatus for a short bit until we could save a little more money and be better prepared to purchase a house in that school zone. That short hiatus turned into over a year. Alex kept in touch with us the entire time. Not in that annoying leave me alone type of way, but in that way where he is really trying to help. Once Laura and I were bettered prepared for buying a home in the kid's school zone, Alex was right there ready to help and assist us once again. Alex showed us probably another 10-15 homes and townhomes when Laura and I finally found the home for our family. Just like a year previous Alex never showed frustration or annoyance with Laura or I. He was always patient, reliable, and professional in that friendly way. One of the things that I am most appreciative of Alex is the fact that not only did he hang in there with us during our hiatus, but that he showed us houses on our schedule. Laura and I both work. We do not get off until 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Alex would meet us at the proposed houses when we got off. We kept him out some nights showing us houses until close to 9:00 pm, and not once did Alex ever seem to mind. Laura and I could not have done this without Alex. I am not only writing this review, but I am also telling everyone that I know who is looking to purchase a home to go through Alex. He made this very frustrating and stressful period of time a lot easier to handle for both Laura and I. Thank you again Alex.
