1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It is important to have the best people working on your behalf. This means finding an agent who understands your goals and is dedicated to helping you reach them. This also means allowing your agent to guide you toward success! As an agent, I would make sure you have the best lender working for you, that we are looking for the best properties that fit within your budget and that we have all the information necessary to write your offer. I will negotiate the absolute best terms for my buyer to come out winning!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The best thing a seller can do is be strategic when listing their property. Pricing it well, as to garner the most attention and traffic. Ensuring that the aesthetic of the home presents little to no objections. Understanding the competition how those homes may affect your home in the long run. Your listing agent will be able to explain a complete marketing strategy that will set your home up for a winning scenario! As a successful listing agent, I will be able to provide both traditional and outside of the box ideas that will ensure there will be as many eyes as possible on your property, with the goal in mind to sell for the most money in the least amount of time.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide array of clients! I work with sellers, with buyers relocating to the area, with investors seeking rehab properties! Because of my experience as a landlord and BnB owner, I also work with many investors seeking long term and short term rental opportunities!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Hailing from one of the largest southern cities, Dallas, TX, Alex considers the entire South his home! He describes himself as a multi-dimensional being and his talents have allowed him to flourish within several industries...particularly real estate!
Alex's real estate journey began in 2010, when he entered Property Management. As a luxury leasing professional, he was able to turn the toughest prospect into his best friend.
In 2015, looking for an opportunity to grow and serve, Alex acquired his real estate license and closed more than 45 home sales and private leases in his first year. Four years later, he expanded his expertise to Florida...where his wife's family calls home! Alex immediately began selling Central Florida and sold $6 Million his first year!
Today, Alex and his team of partner agents help the great people of Florida sell and find their piece of paradise in Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties!
As a resident of Bradenton, he especially loves when he is able to help people reach their home goals, right here in his own community!
