When offers fell through on our house we were selling, Alex was diligently working to make sure we had multiple offers as soon as possible. He is knowledgeable in all phases of the process: Finding/showing homes, creating a competitive offer, negotiations and inspection, as well as prepping your home for listing. His recommendations for home photography, mortgage broker, and home inspector were all incredible as well.
