ZillowVERIFIEDAlex Horowitz is a superior, exceptional find in the OC realty market. I met Alex when I had to sell a home as child/trustee for my late mother in law from half way across the USA. I made the mistake of worrying that his suggestions for cleaning the place up were too aggressive and too much work -- and I hired a different realtor. Alex had told me he would handle everything turnkey for me, but I balked. It felt overwhelming. The decision to go with a different agent was wrong: The house floundered on the market and a sale fell through. I returned to Alex hat-in-hand for help. He was, as always, gracious and didnt miss a beat. He was walking the property again within hours. Within a day he had a plan to lightly renovate and re-market. He hadnt taken my mistake personally and was speedy, on point and decisive. Every thing this person says he will do, he will do. It went exactly as he said it would. He handled everything with literally no fuss. In a world where it is hard to get anything done with supply chain and labor issues, he was on time and better than expected with results. The house was cleaned up with Alex spotting and addressing key issues in a matter of a few weeks -- and we sold the house for hundreds of thousands of dollars more than the prior agent was getting. Look, the money speaks for itself. His results are clearly above others, when compared head to head as in my situation. ...But what you cannot see in the monetary results is the ease and professionalism of handling all of this. Alex knows his business cold. You can trust him to be to the point, competent, direct, and correct. I wasnt even in the state and never met the man live and he delivered above expectations with a complex situation, some personalities involved in the heirs/trustee situation, and with a house that needed some love to sell as it should. I would send anyone in my family to him with complete confidence.
