Brian from the Helton Group was our agent. He was nice, respectful, professional, a great communicator, and just an all-around good person! He made us feel like so much more than just a transaction! We found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, however there were many offers on the property. We were unsure if we were going to be able to land the home, but Brian got our offer accepted! Josh knew the market so well and was so knowledgable about timing. He encouraged us to be a little more aggressive than we were expecting. After our offer was accepted and the process began moving, the team at the Helton Group, Sam and Ann especially, checked in every week with calls and emails to ensure we were completely taken care of. They answered questions via text and made themselves available to us whenever we needed. My questions and concerns were answered in a matter of minutes more often than not.
