Alex was really helpful in finding a new place for me to live. With south Florida rent increases going through the roof. He was able to source many homes for me to look at. Within a couple days of contact we were able to view 7 properties in one day. One of them being the one I chose. He made the application process very smooth. Alex is an amazing realtor. Within one week of contacting him in search for a 2B/2B townhome we signed a new lease. He sent me over 30 listings that met my criteria and I narrowed them down to 7. We viewed every property the next day after work which was really flexible with my schedule. After deciding on the townhome we wanted Alex got all of the documentation needed to execute the lease and got it signed by the landlord.
