Alex did a wonderful job generating multiple offers for the property. The property sold fairly quickly. It would have been an easier transition if he or a representative of the company would have showed up for the closing, to help expedite some things that had fallen thru the cracks. If that day was not good for the closing it would have been wonderful if that was stated, so that we could have rescheduled to have representation available.

Had Alex list and sell my home. Felt pressured to sell within first week on market. My house sold 11k under listed price. He was in it to make a quick buck. It's a shame I paid him commission on a home that spent a week on the market. If you want an agent that is looking out for your best interests, find someone else.
