I am the third person in my family to choose Wendy as a realtor. Unlike my family members I was a first time, out of state buyer and honestly I was a little intimidated. I had no clue what I was doing and really didnt want to be high maintenance. I shouldnt have worried because Wendy could not have been a kinder or more attentive representative and all-around friend through this process. She made her herself available at some pretty unreasonable hours, including more than one occasion when she was out of town with her family. She always responded immediately to help with whatever issues or questions that I had, including weeks/months after I closed escrow. She really looked out for me and was so encouraging, giving me as much of her time as I needed to find the perfect house. At first I thought I was just gonna do some looky-loos to get my feet wet and then boom, we found my dream house!! Its better than I could have ever hoped for and it happened in large part because of Wendy. A month after closing I moved 2400 miles across the country I have now been in my beautiful home for a full month. She is STILL responsive and supportive, including when my dad thought he hit a water pipe installing shelves in my pantry. Wendy sprang into action! Luckily it was a false alarm but she was genuinely as relieved as we were. Talk about having a heavy hitter in my corner!! I know Wendy usually represents people who buy much more expensive homes than I did but she made me feel like I was her best client ever.
