If I bought a million homes in my lifetime, I would choose Alex to work with a million times! Alex really listened to what we needed and worked with us for over a year to find the right home for us. When we were discouraged by the market and figured we rent for a while longer, he encouraged us by sending listings and putting us in contact with a mortgage broker to determine how much we could really afford - Alex knew we could afford a lot more than we thought, and he was right. He is a hard worker and really pushed for our deal to be completed efficiently, and was available whenever we needed him. As first time homebuyers, he acted as a facilitator to make sure everything got done, even the things that we didn't know needed to be done! Thanks Alex!
