We researched local Realtors before choosing Alex Bittner, who had been recommended by another Realtor in Orlando. He presented a vast knowledge of the field, but also had in depth experience with the tight "sellers" market we were in. It turned out that he is also extremely patient (as we all waited until the completion of our next home), and pleasantly open to answering questions we had along the way. When the time came, he was prompt with putting his plan into place, and kept us fully informed as the short sale period (3 days) progressed. He negotiated a price well above asking, and was VERY helpful in bringing the property to closing.
