I have not met Alex in person yet but was referred to him from an out of state Real Estate office. I know the Ormond Beach area well and have been looking at homes for a while. During my first phone conversation with Alex I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area and more so with his knowledge of the overall market conditions at the time.
