We want to say that Mary Gail and Alex truly exemplify how a realtor should be. When we moved to the Auburn area, MG tirelessly showed my wife house after house. When our home became available MG grabbed my wife and went running over to view it. We bought the house without me ever seeing it until a couple of days before closing. This home has been a dream. I only wish we could pick it up and take it with us now. Now our life has taking a slight turn and we're moving away from our cherished home. MG and Alex were warned about our past experiences selling homes (not good). I will never forget MG looking me in my eyes and telling me to trust her. We did and she had a full price offer within 3 days! If you don't use this team you are not getting the full effect of a Power team in real estate in the Auburn area.

Kayla Martin was a fantastic agent! She was on top of everything throughout the entire process and made my life so much easier. Alexa was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was professional and warm as she walked us through the process of buying our home in Auburn. She did a video tour in the pouring rain to be sure we were one of the first to see a new home on the market, and she was right; it was the one! We knew we could trust her to help us make the call even when we couldn't be there in person. Her diligence got us to closing and into our new home!

Two nice young ladies came to my house to evaluate the value. They were very positive and easy to work with. My agent Kayla was always available to the phone for any reason I had a question. The process took a very short amount of time. Once my house went up for sale, they had open house booked, and several people on the list to come and view the house. I had two offers in less than one week. I would commend Kayla and all the people at her office.

Alex and Mary Gail are great people and have a great team. They helped us both buy and sell a home and they made the process about as straightforward as it could be. We always felt supported, both through their communication and the resources they bring, and that they gave us the best chance to be successful. The two things that impressed me most were their accuracy with estimates/value based on the market and their thoroughness from start to finish (and beyond). With the estimates they were spot on with both houses so there were no surprises with finances and both the buying and selling process moved quickly. Regarding their thoroughness, this showed through early in the process and carries on even today. When we were starting the process of selling our house they had a preparedness packet/checklist, had quick and clear recommendations/guidance, did professional pictures, aerial video, a 3D walkthrough, and had everything posted quickly and open houses scheduled. The house sold quickly which was a credit to their hard work. Even after the sales were complete they made sure we got reminders in the mail to complete tasks at the tax office, sent paperwork for filing taxes, and reminders... all in a timely manner before the task needed to be completed.
