Alejandra and Rene are amazing! They are the reason we were able to buy our dream home during this pandemic!They were so patient with us as first time homebuyers and helped us find the home we wanted. We looked at several homes and our taste evolved as we went along. They sent us plenty of homes to look at and walked us through any and all resources available to help us make our decision. Once we had picked out our dream home, they made the extra effort to help negotiate beneficial terms. They worked with the seller and their agent to help us get a better deal. They were also patient and knowledgeable to the area and walked through our paperwork questions (there were many). Upon request, they referenced several reputable services for inspection to help expedite the process; as well as assisting us in finding contractors to help with necessary installations after we moved in. They fought for us through every step of the way. We could not be more thankful for them, nor more heartily recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home.
