My name is Alberta Huwar and I am a real estate agent with RE/MAX in Fredericksburg Virginia. I've been blessed enough to build relationships that have earned me several prestigious awards. My awards include the platinum award that I've received 4 times, the chairman's award I've received twice, I was inducted into the RE/MAX hall of fame in 2009 and the lifetime achievement award all in the same year. I have sold over 1200 homes in my career so you can rest assured I know my way around a deal. I have a proven track record of selling homes in the Fredericksburg area and my knowledge and experience has been the key component for me successfully completing multiple transactions for my clients. Alberta exhibited superior knowledge of the housing market and the art of negotiations. I was skeptical that we would be able to get a sale at the CMA price she came up with. However, we received competing offers with one greater than the asking price. We had a ratified contract within 48 hours. Her negotiations skills, they were also great. There were issues along the process that could have been costly to me, had not been for Alberta. You can certainly feel confident that Alberta is going to protect her client. Most of my dealings were with her assistant, Cheri Post. Cheri is a true asset to Alberta's team. She was lightening fast and accurate on her responses. Either one of the 2 would be a good choice, but when together they are a great choice complimenting each other. Thank you Cheri and Alberta.

Alberta is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She's extremely knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the entire process. Alberta was able to sell our home and help us find a new in record timing. She attended all meetings and genuinely had our best interest at heart.
