1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Your Real Estate agent that represents you is key! Make sure they are full time and working with a preferred network of service professionals. ie. Title Company, Home Inspectors, Lender, etc. This is the largest transaction anyone makes - make sure you have an experienced realtor that works to make your home buying or selling stress free.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Veterans, First Reponders, Teachers, Foreclosure, First time home buyers, Divorcing couples, Land, Mobile Home,

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Having a Realtor who knows the market is Key! I will walk your home and provide an analysis on price and condition of the have based on your competition of other homes for sale in the neighborhood. I know the best buyers to target to get your home sold.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Love my First time Home buyers and first responders. I have special programs to those who qualify from Down-Payment assistance to helping with closing costs. Give me a call, I love helping those who need the extra time from their agent.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I spent 20 years in the Restaurant industry and finished as a General Manager. Along the way, I have learned Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Financials, and have developed a love to service those I work for.
