Tim was our primary contact outside of touring, and he was super quick to respond over text and email. He patiently explained basically every step of the process to us since we're first-time home buyers with a million questions, and in the end we got a really good deal! At the last minute we decided to get a wind mitigation inspection done a few days before closing, and Tim was able to get it scheduled before closing which gave us an impressive discount on insurance.
