In today's real estate market you must use a buyers agent. Its time to even the scale and have someone representing your best interest.

My best advise is to hire a professional that has years of experience under his or her belt. Find a true professional that knows your market, has a proven marketing plan, someone who can answer all your questions and most important that can get the job done right the first time.

I work both buyers and sellers as well as investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am fond of all my transactions. Before the process is over I become great friends with all my clients.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was self-employed in the automotive industry for many years before entering real estate. I always enjoyed sales and people. What better than real estate. This is the only business you can truly help people make a life changing decision.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, many. However my years of experience in the business is far better than any award and/or training that I have accomplished over the years.
