For example, Albert will email or text you back confirming he received your email or text, this might be a small thing, but when dealing with stressful process of buying or selling property, it provides peace of mind that your concerns or questions are being addressed immediately and don't have to wonder if it was delivered.We might have been exception, but when we thought of listing our property, he already had clients he worked with that would be good match for the property, essentially, he was able to sell the property for full asking price before it even went on market. We are happy clients!
