I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to sell my late sister's home remotely. I was given a referral and landed Alana as my realtor. The experience was nothing short of amazing. The home was in need of some repairs which I thought would be stressful to manage remotely but Alana (and Brandon) secured bids and oversaw the work as it was getting down. Even more amazing was the fact that they fronted the money for these repairs until the house closed which just made my role as executor very easy as far as the sale of the home went.
