Working with Alana Burns, especially in this insane market, has been nothing short of exceptional. Alana has a no nonsense approach, meaning she will do anything and everything to get you the best deal, the right property based on what your parameters are, and works diligently regardless of time of day to get you answers/results. Let me just add that Alana is also a mother with a new born son. That did not stop her from being more than I could have asked for in an agent. Having talked to agents prior to her, they lacked the drive, professionalism, and relied on automated emails to get you to view listings. Alana is levels above those agents. She is professional, approachable, dependable, responsible, and all around a fantastic Real Estate Agent. It was such a pleasure working with her we actually went through two listings together. Working with Alana at Guardian Reality was a truly awesome experience. She went above and beyond for us at every step in the process. We had to purchase our home in Idaho while we were living in a different state. Alana took amazing videos, she explained and described everything in detail and was even willing to hike in the snow to get us the best pictures and information about various properties while we were looking.
