I was extremely pleased with Alan Trugman handling the sale of my Mom's home. My Mom has lived with me for 3 years in Central New York (4 hours from where her home was). Since I am my Mom's caregiver, it was difficult for me to go to her house. I met Alan and he took care of everything from then on. He helped me find a company to remove all the contents of the house, as well as the contents on the property. He hired someone to remove the carpeting and clean the hardwood floors. He also hired someone to maintain the lawn and hedges on the property. He showed the house countless times, ultimately we had a buyer and the house closed in a matter of weeks.
