Alan has very poor communication skills. He is rude and automatically assumes his clients want virtual tours. It's impersonal and virtual tours don't give the proper amount of detail needed to go into making a decision as big as purchasing a home.

Alan Peasley is truly a professional when it comes to home buying. Last year he helped me find a condominium and also helped to find the right folks to do the financing, inspection and a handyman for a few minor fixes needed before I obtained possession. Currently Alan is assisting again in finding property in Northern Michigan and once again very helpful in the process. I would recommend Alan to anyone looking for or selling a home.

Alan was available to show a house or answer our questions at all hours of the day.We would call Alan to request a showing and he would have it scheduled for within the hour along with bringing comps and information about the house to the viewing.Very pleased with his responsiveness and attentiveness. I had a mix experience working with Alan Peasley. He has an extensive knowledge of the entire process of buying the house. Initially when we started to look for house, he was very prompt and whenever we needed some house to see, he used to give his best. He also used to give the pros and cons of buying any particular house including a possible repair cost. I did not find him very useful particularly in putting the first price to the seller, finally we came to know the real approximate price after the appraisal ( We were little bit lucky there i should say). We were the first time buyer so that we did not know that seller pays both buyer and the seller's agent but Alan Peasley asked me to pay 500$ for the gasoline because he spends money for showing me the house. When i came to know about its reality than i talked to him and then he offered me that he will not put those charges on me. When everything got finalized, my lender sent me the total closing cost including his 500$ fee. Then i reminded Alan to remove the fee but then he told me that he thinks he earned that money. and after that he became almost irresponsive for 2 days that too 2-3 days before the date of closing and that created lot of problem on the day of closing due to miscommunication between seller, my lender and the title company....I thought to recommend him for many of my friends who were looking to buy the house but that incidence broke my faith on him. ( It was my first home and may be i do not know if other agents could be even more worst than him or may be he is better than others...for that i need to buy another house....).
