We started working with Alan nearly a year ago slowly looking for the right house and neighborhood for our growing family. We didnt know the south jersey area very well but Alan taught us everything we needed to know and thanks to him it already felt like home before we moved in. He is everything you want in a realtor. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with. His availability to show a home is speedy and at your convenience. This is our second home buying experience and he made it completely enjoyable and memorable, unlike the first. The team he recommends from the mortgage co to a lawyer to handle closing needs was a complete dream team! P.s we closed during a pandemic and Alan was still There for us...6ft away of course! Working with Alan was a fantastic experience! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home several years ago, and while we loved that house, when we were ready for a move this year, we did not even hesitate before calling Alan again. He was always extremely honest with us, and we grew to trust him entirely, as he never steered us wrong! We ended up buying and selling our homes during a global pandemic, which was unchartered territory for everyone. However, Alan handled all of it with professionalism and made sure that we were always in the know about everything going on. He was quick and responsive with any questions we had along the way and always made time for us, no matter what our schedules were.
