He enjoys hunting and he loves the outdoors. They have two children, Jake and Rachel, both in their early 20's and are pursuing careers in drone photography / surveillance and nursing. In the mid 90s, when his former job as a national sales manager for a global tooling company would often take him away on business for days or even weeks at a time, Alan made the decision to go into real estate so that he could be home to witness firsthand the all too fleeting milestones of his then very young children.
