I was impressed with Alan and Larry's knowledge of the market and how to price the house properly to get the house sold. They worked non stop to get the house sold and they were very helpful during the process. Whenever we needed anything Alan was willing to help out, things like turn on and off lights after showings, providing foot coverings for buyers to keep out dirt and grime, and worked with us to take care of anything to have the house show better. I can't say enough good things about Larry King Realty. They are extremely organized (showed up with a PowerPoint presentation), very detailed orientated (they provided many different scenarios of outcomes with line by line figures of every possible thing involved in the sale of a house, so it was easy to feel completely comfortable with the decisions I had to make). Extremely professional (divorce scenario with two people that can't communicate). And the best attitude which made them an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
