We connected with AJ through Zillow when he showed us a condo we found there. Despite knowing other realtors we decided to work with him. He set up search parameters that emailed us several good prospects one of which we purchased. He suggested that we make an offer lower than we intended and it was accepted so he saved us some money. He also found us a painter/handyman who was able to start work on our new place immediately after closing. That is a rare find these days. We could not be more pleased with the scope and quality of the services he provided.

Dana has went above and beyond helping us find our home. We were on a time crunch of less than two months to get approved, find a home, close and move 13hrs away. She helped us find a great neighborhood to start our search. When a week before closing, our first loan fell through (at no fault of hers or ours) Dana got us with a new lender that had us a new loan and still closed under 2 months. I have even had to call for advice since closing, since she is a native in the area and she has been a super star. Beyond happy to have met her and for her to be our realtor.

Miriam was incredibly helpful throughout the home search and home buying process. She was very responsive and scheduled showings immediately when I expressed interest in a home (which was key because of how quickly they are going off the market right now) and her knowledge of the local area was great in narrowing down the search parameters. When I found a house that I wanted to put an offer on, Miriam crafted the offer within the next few hours (in the middle of the super bowl) and she discussed different ways that we could make the offer look better to the seller with me before finalizing it. She communicated early and often and answered all of my questions. Her connections in the community were great to get all inspections/repairs and the loan completed within a short closing time frame as well. I would absolutely recommend Miriam to anyone who is looking for a house in the St. Louis area.
