Chuck Fawcett is the best real estate company I have ever had the pleasure of partnering with. Very professional, experienced, and great communication throughout. Aimee went above and beyond and helped us through the whole process of listing and selling our home. From the start, Aimee took extra steps in giving us staging tips, hiring professional cleaners and a licensed contractor for minor touch-ups, having professional photos taken, and a strong social media presence to help market our home. Our listing looked outstanding and knocked out the competition. Aimee was incredibly resourceful and walked us through every step of the closing process. Delightful team to work with! Aimee and Rodney came in and looked my home over top to bottom and helped me come to a value (which was higher than I thought it would be). Then Aimee did magic with dishes and such to take awesome pictures!!! Aimee and Rodney were a dream to work with. They were super nice, absolutely honest with me about home issues and banking delays on the buyers end. A lot of paperwork was online and saved me from having to take off work. They had a list of contract support that helped me with repairs needed. If I had questions they were fast to respond. I highly recommend this awesome team to anyone needing to sell and if I were looking to buy I would get them to help me.
