Aimee helped us buy our first house. We moved from out of state and purchased our house sight unseen. With Aimee's knowledge, research and ability to work with the seller's realtor, we were able to make a confident offer in our budget despite the risks. Aimee was very candid about the market, helped us get to know the area and what to look for in the house and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She also was able to recommend contractors to get some work done on our house post-move in too.
