After signing it seemed to be all down hill from there...promises made but never kept, lacking communication skills despite informing Aime in the very beginning, as well as multiple times there after how very important that was to us, multiple attempts before receiving a response or acknowledging to our questions and/or concerns. Basically, I feel our home sold itself...being in a desirable neighborhood on a very desirable street...multiple offers. Such a frustrating experience...one we are glad is over with.

By Law since 08/17/2024 every buyer must sign BRE CAR form as an agreement with your buyer agent to show you any house. Buyer Representation Agreement (BRE) the commission is negotiable, that means that you commit to your buyer agent to pay commission but also with this form the buyer agent can negotiate that the seller pays the commission to the buyer agent, that is why the commitment between buyer agent and buyer signed the BRE CAR Form is necessary.
